WHAT DO I DO IF IM NEW TO THE CLUB?

Please contact the Senior Mens or ladies organisers on seniors@easternsuburbs.org.nz to discuss finding a team for you to play in – don’t register online until you have been placed in a team.

WHAT DO I DO IF I'VE PLAYED PREVIOUSLY FOR ANOTHER CLUB?

If you did not play for Eastern Suburbs last season, you MUST complete a Clearance Form – click on this link to obtain the form.

You cannot play for suburbs if you have played previously for another club until you have done this Once completed please send it to our Club Administrator by email If you have any questions regarding this you can ring the Club office on (09) 578 1375 for clarification.

I am a Senior player and have filled out the AFF registration form. Do I still need to register in ClubHub?

Yes, every member of your team has to register in ClubHub. A player new to the club must fill out a new AFF form, and transfer to ESAFC

How do we find AFF fixtures?

Either going to the AFF website or going to our link on our hompage under Quick Link and clicking on Auckland Draws or clink on this

Team Results – who do we give them to?

Seniors,

There are a few options.

Tell the club co ordinator-who can input to the computer.
Phone AFF EXT 4 or 0 and leave on answer m/c.

fax AFF 525-1361

Team cards can be either left in the "box on the bar" at the clubrooms or post directly to AFF the cards have to reach the AFF before Midday on Wednesday

DO WE PAY A BOND AND IS IT REFUNDED?

There is a bond charged per team, which is added proportionally to each players fee. The bond is refunded at the end of each season to each team contact less any late team card fines or lost gear that the team may have incurred during the season.The bond does NOT cover any player fines for yellow or red cards.The player is responsible for these.

PLAYERS FINES DOES THE CLUB PAY?

Auckland Football charges fines for yellow cards, red cards, late game cards etc throughout the season. Please note that your subscription fee does not cover fines. In other words, the fine must be paid by the player or team responsible.Any player who recieves a fine will be invoiced by the club for this fine. The club will not pay player fines. Failure to pay fines may result in the player or team missing games.
