Officials: For AFF games If no appointed official then a "Club Based referee' - (attendee of this course) from Home club does whole game, if no home CBR then away team CBR does whole game. If No CBR then volunteers from each club will referee one half each. All level of referees have the same rights and obligations as an official referee. Make the game, Safe, Equitable and Enjoyable.
