Parcel Courier:-
Pick up and delivery through or own local courier network on a casual or scheduled basis, distributed over the country by our comprehensive delivery services, dependant upon your requirements.
Local bulk:-
Pick up and delivery through or own trucking network on a casual or scheduled basis dependant upon your requirements.
National Bulk:-
Pick up and delivery through our network of agents and affiliated companies on a casual or schedules basis as and when required.
Truck or Van hire:-
We are able to hire out one of our van(s) at a rate of $40.00 hour, and a truck hire at the rate of $45.00 per hour, this is for casual clients and for longer terms special rates can be negotiated.
Road Sprint (Bulk):-
A service for point to point delivery of palletized items or bulk loose goods can be organized for Nation wide deliver, taking into consideration the road and NZR Ferry constraints at the time. This is on an hourly rate and by negotiation at the time.
Urgent One Hour Sprint (Parcel lots)
As per the specific schedule, available upon request.
Airfreight National:-
Overnight; Into the South Island is available as an addition to our standard service with the use of tickets price needs to be discussed with your account manager.
Same day (Urgent Express); Customised to your requirements we are able to offer a next available flight with delivery to site at the other end or uplift from the airport.
Rural Deliveries:-
All rural deliveries are able to be effected and will take an additional 1-3 days for delivery dependant of the regularity of the service to the specific area.
Saturday Deliveries:-
All Saturday deliveries should be well labeled and pre-alerted as all areas in New Zealand are not covered it is advisable to check prior to dispatch of goods to qualify that the area required has this service available.
International Airfreight:-
For documents and non-documents items can be organized as per the specific schedule available upon request for our regular customers.
Quality Management (On Site):-
We are able to eliminate a lot of your quality issues and logistics problems with our on site management of dispatch and receipt procedures.

Company History

Advance Freight & Couriers Limited is a Nationwide Courier and Bulk Distribution Service Company. It started in its infancy in December 1989 and at the time was known as Advance Brokers. In 1990 after returning from Australia, where Wayne was working to gain experience in the International Freight industry, the company name was changed to “Advance Freight & Couriers Limited” to bring the name more in line with its activities and the company goals.

During this time of expansion they have moved from Industry Road in Penrose to the old Army Barracks buildings on Mt. Wellington Highway, to there current site at 16 Kahu Street, Otahuhu where they have resided for the last 6 years.

Advance freight & Couriers Ltd have also within the last 15 years of ownership by Wayne and Sally Clothier, since 1989 changed and expanded the original company to now within the scope of the company are able to offer Airfreight both nationally and International services, plus urgent parcel delivery both within Auckland and on a National point to point service.

The original company started with a very limited fleet of only four vehicles but now has a fleet of over seventy five service vehicle including courier vans, curtain side trucks, flat tops, B trains and configuration trucks.

As one of the largest privately owned freight and courier companies in New Zealand, we are called upon by the likes of TNT, Mainfreight, Roadstar, Waharoa Transport, Pheonix Freight, Goldlink and many others.
