17th Grade teams play in the Auckland Football Federation League with the Top 17th Grade team playing in the Auckland Metro League
Both leagues are competitive, representative soccer playing all over Auckland against other clubs.
Trials are held at the beginning of each season to identify which players play in which team.
Any players selected to the top two teams must commit to two training sessions a week to play at this level.
The 2013 draw for AFF & Metro Representative teams will be updated here once teams have been finalised. Your coaches Surname will be attached to your team.
All home games are at Crossfields Reserve. At Crossfield, pitch # one is nearest the clubrooms, pitch four is furthest away and to the west.

In the Auckland Football Federation & Metro competitions, one week you will play at home against a visiting club team and the next week you will play away at different club somewhere else in Auckland.
The season is split into two sections. A Grading round and a Championship round.
This purpose of the grading round is to ensure teams of equal ability are playing against each other. It starts with each club recommending a division for their teams for the grading round. The grading round will last for 7 or so games.
If a team wins their Grading Round games by plenty (or loses by plenty), they will probably get moved to the next higher or lower grade for the subsequent Championship Round. That way, teams face good competition week in week out.
Points scored in the Grading Round don’t count in the Championship Round. The points table gets re-set to zero after the Grading Round.
Cancelations are notified on the Auckland Football Federation website.
Offside rule is played.
Games are 40 mins each half for Metro

Teams have 11 players and reserves.
All teams compete in the Auckland Football Federation leagues competing home and away against teams from the Auckland City region or in the higher standard Metropolitan leagues which includes teams from the North Shore region. On some occasions exceptional players may be able to play in the under 19 competition with games played on Sunday.
We aim to develop the club's youth players into the clubs senior squads. We intend to improve our performances at the National Under 19 tournament at Napier every year from now on. The coaches have been directed to bring on our younger players, give them senior level game time, and form academy type training sessions where the better players are promoted quickly and given extra higher level coaching.
Attendance at club trials is vital to declare your interest in meeting the challenges if you wish to and ensure placement in the most appropriate competitive or more social teams.
First game of the season is 6 April.
There will be games on the first and last Saturdays of the July school holidays. The season finishes at the end of August.
Players have one training session each week. Coaching days and times will be advised.
Top teams are expected to train twice a week.

Someone from each team needs to referee 1/2 a game.
When playing at a home ground each team is to put up and take down the goals and nets.

Family discount: From the third playing member (including the third) there is a discount of $70 per player on the registration fee.
